Starting with the mounting points for the main hoop, we use 3\/16″ thick plate to fabricate a bracket that bolts to the factory B-pillar brace and is bolted in with four bolts per side, no drilling into your car! The main hoop sits in just the right place to only require one small cut into the corner of the carpet and allows full use of the seat sliders without interfering with OEM seats or seat belts.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn the “Track” option, the main hoop features a diagonal brace  for maximum rollover protection as well as a harness bar complete with locating loops for aftermarket racing harnesses. The rear mounting points also use 3\/16″ thick plates and bolt into factory bolt holes on top of the aluminum rear bulk head. This means that there is no cutting of seats or plastics for install, just the rear fiberboard deck lid which is far more subtle. The “Track” version incorporates an X-brace in the rear section of the cage for increased rigidity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere are 4 individual components that comprise this bar:  the 2 front brackets for the main hoop, the main hoop itself, and the rear down tubes and X Brace.
