Returns
We want you to be confident in every part you order from Cicio Performance. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of receipt and will incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. All sales after 15 days are final.
- Some special order parts are non-returnable. If you're unsure whether an item qualifies, contact us before ordering.
- Returned parts must be unused and in resellable condition — including original packaging, hardware, and documentation.
- No returns will be accepted without the original invoice. Please keep it on hand for any return request.

A $35 fee applies to any returned payment (for example, a declined or reversed charge).
Credit card and PayPal processing fees are non-refundable. These fees are charged by the payment processor at the time of purchase and cannot be recovered by Cicio Performance, even when a return or refund is approved.
How to Start a Return
Contact our team with your order number and original invoice, and we'll walk you through next steps. Approved returns are processed once the item is received and inspected.
