This was a solid piece of 6160 billet aluminum to start! Approximately 240 pounds of aluminum was whittled away to make each intake!

LME Billet Intake Manifold for C8 Corvette
Our Billet C8 Corvette Intake is made with a rigid construction that will handle any and all levels of boost without compromise of structural integrity (will not leak or balloon under high boost). It comes standard with stainless hardware, stainless mounting bolts, throttle body O-ring, and intake gasket O-rings. The throttle body location is factory and will accept any cold air intake/ turbo set up that is made to fit the factory intake. You have the option to have the throttle body mounting location be 90mm, 103mm, or 112mm It has the LT1 and LT4 mounting provisions for MAP and Vaccum ports. The intake is available with or without port injection. We have options of natural finish, powder coat, or anodized finish.
