GTR airdam is designed for road course/circuit racing is and not meant for High Speed/ Top speed runs where the Car will see extended duration of high speeds. GTR airdam closes off front bumper's ducting to the brakes, the lower air dam holds a lot of built pressure in resulting in damage to the air dam as well as bumper and other components related to the front end mounting, as there is nowhere for the built up air pressure to escape or evacuate.

The APR Performance Front Air Dam integrates with the factory front bumper to:
- Reduce lift.
- Increase front-end stability.
- Improve high-speed cornering grip
This Front Air Dam includes two integrated brake cooling ducts (2.5" inner diameter). These cooling ducts can be used to attach cooling hoses (not included) that lead to the brake system for maximum braking consistency on the track.This Front Air Dam also utilizes a built-in aerodynamic splitter design that creates a high-pressure region of air atop the protruding surface, further reducing lift and increasing net downforce.
Pre-Preg Carbon Fiber Construction
This component is formed in the autoclave at high temperatures using pre-pregnated carbon fiber manufacturing processes, for high strength and low weight.
