Construction & Materials

Manufactured using pre-impregnated (prepreg) carbon fiber and autoclave-cured under pressure and heat for maximum strength-to-weight ratio. This is the same manufacturing process used on OEM Corvette carbon fiber components and high-end aerospace applications. The result is a lightweight, rigid splitter with a flawless 2x2 twill weave that won't haze or discolor under harsh sunlight. Unlike wet-layup alternatives, autoclave curing eliminates voids and inconsistencies, ensuring a defect-free finish that matches your Stingray's factory carbon fiber trim.

Design & Engineering

The ST Splitter is a clean-sheet RSC design, developed in-house using advanced 3D CAD engineering and validated against OEM fitment standards. CNC-milled tooling ensures dimensional accuracy that hand-laid molds simply cannot achieve—no warping, no asymmetry, no fitment issues. CFD analysis and real-world track testing confirm the splitter's ability to generate additional front-end downforce, reducing understeer at high speeds while improving overall balance.  The perfect compliment for a larger rear wing.
